We all love jeans. If you don't, send me an email and I'll de-friend you. If you do, then you'll know I've been wearing Nudie Jeans for some time now. An ex-girlfriend of mine introduced me to them some years ago and since then I've fallen deeper and deeper into the product and more recently into what they stand for. First of all the product - They last. And last. I'm a huge fan of buying things once or at least once for a while. I had one pair that I wore nearly daily in Mexico for 6 months and eventually they developed what i'd like to call character holes. Normally you'd say to yourself these have done their dash and it's normally time to chuck these babies out. Not at Nudie. They repair them. For FREE. Forever. Worldwide. Add to this 100% organic cotton, a healthy dose social responsibilty (including fair wages for their workers), transparency on their production, etc etc. Even if you don't want your jeans anymore for fashion or wear reasons you can trade them in for a discount on a new pair and they will recycle them by either repair and resale or break the fibres down for products like rugs, hats or even woven stools. You can read more about it here. So there you have it. Ex's are good for something. Just not most things.
